Key Responsibilities
1. Student Documentation
Collect, verify, and maintain student documents (ID proof, educational certificates, medicals, photos, CDC, etc.).
Ensure all documents are complete and as per DG Shipping guidelines.
Follow up with students for pending or incorrect documents.
2. DG Shipping & Portal Work
Upload student details, documents, photos, and course enrollments on DG Shipping portals.
Ensure correct course mapping and timely enrollment.
Maintain records of successful uploads and acknowledgements.
3. Record Management
Maintain digital and physical files for each student.
Save and organize documents in proper folders/ZIP files on the server for backup.
Ensure confidentiality and data security of student records.
4. Coordination
Coordinate with Booking, Admin, Accounts, and Faculty teams for student status and course schedules.
Inform concerned departments about documentation issues or delays.
Support students by guiding them on documentation requirements.
5. Reporting & Compliance
Prepare daily/weekly documentation status reports.
Maintain checklists for documentation compliance.
Assist during audits, inspections, and DG visits by producing required records.

Skills & Competencies
Good knowledge of documentation processes (DG Shipping preferred).
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Basic computer skills (MS Excel, Word, email).
Ability to organize and manage records systematically.
Good communication and coordination skills.

Educational Qualification
Graduate or equivalent (preferred).
Prior experience in maritime documentation will be an advantage.
Experience
1–3 years in documentation or administrative roles (maritime institute experience preferred).
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
