Maintain a database of leads and update call status regularly.
Schedule and confirm appointments for counselling or campus visits.
Respond to incoming calls and address queries promptly.
Coordinate with the admissions and counselling team for conversions.
Maintain a professional tone and ensure a high level of customer service.
Meet daily and monthly call targets.
