Sourcing Executive

Requirements:

• Must have prior experience in sourcing for offshore vessels (crewing / manning / offshore fleet operations).
• Strong knowledge of offshore vessel requirements, seafarer documentation, and industry compliance.
• Ability to coordinate with crew, recruitment partners, and principals effectively.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.

Responsibilities:

• Handle sourcing and recruitment of officers & crew for offshore vessels.
• Maintain talent pool and ensure timely crew availability as per client requirements.
• Liaise with internal teams and ensure compliance with DG Shipping and other regulatory bodies.
• Support in documentation and crew deployment formalities.
