Document Production Manager

• Directly manage our production team in India, which is responsible for collaborating with US-based resources to deliver high-quality sales and marketing support and deliverables for the firm s internal clients
• Oversee resource deployment for the production team s various projects, escalating concerns and helping to navigate team assignments and deadlines
• Oversee team development and performance
• Collaborate with team management in the US and India to ensure consistent and proper allocation of team resources, monitor bandwidth, and plan for seasonality
• Independently identify and help resolve issues that may prevent the team from working effectively and efficiently
• Assist in keeping tracking systems, queue data, and reporting up-to-date and accurate
• Collaborate with other leaders to continually refine processes, tools and workflows to enhance productivity and deliverables
• Proactively explore and embrace technology and tools used by proposal and brand creative teams

Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree required
• Minimum of 5 years of related resource management, project/workflow management, and/or sales and marketing experience; including demonstrated involvement with building and leading high-performing teams. Experience in public accounting or professional services environment preferred
• Strong organizational and project management skills with ability to direct, manage, and provide constructive input on the work of others
• Proven ability to coach, mentor, and manage others
• Strong executive presence and demonstrated leadership skills, good judgment, and ability to effectively interface with employees and leaders at all levels within the firm
• Ability to understand problems, think critically, and identify creative solutions
• Proficiency in other Microsoft Office Suite products (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint)
