Document Controller

As a Document Controller, you will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and controlling project and company documentation to ensure accuracy, accessibility, and compliance with company policies and industry standards. Your key responsibilities will include managing incoming and outgoing project documentation, organizing, storing, and retrieving documents, implementing document control procedures and systems, tracking, updating and distributing documents, ensuring document version control, preparing reports, registers, and logs, and maintaining confidentiality and security of sensitive information. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration or a related field, proven experience as a Document Controller or in a similar role, proficiency in MS Office and document management software, strong attention to detail and organizational skills, good communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
