Job Description

As a Document Controller with 3 to 10 years of experience in the oil & gas industry, your role will involve supporting onshore and offshore EPC projects. You will be responsible for efficiently managing project documentation to ensure compliance with company and client standards, as well as facilitating smooth document flow across all project disciplines. Key Responsibilities: - Control and manage project documents such as drawings, specifications, reports, and correspondence. - Maintain document control systems to ensure proper filing, version control, and retrieval. - Coordinate timely distribution and transmittal of documents according to project procedures. - Upload, track, and archive documents using project management platforms like SharePoint, Aconex, or Documentum. - Support document audits, reviews, and ensure document traceability and integrity. - Collaborate with project teams and clients to address document-related queries. Qualifications: - Diploma or degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related discipline. - 3 to 10 years of document control experience in EPC oil & gas projects (onshore/offshore preferred). - Proficiency with document management systems and project control software. - Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail. - Good communication and coordination abilities.,
