Role Description We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented BIM Engineer to join our Navi Mumbai team on a full-time, on-site basis. The BIM Engineer will be responsible for developing, coordinating, and managing Building Information Models (BIM) for MEP services across various stages of the project lifecycle. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain detailed 3D BIM models for MEP systems using Revit and other relevant tools Coordinate MEP services with architectural and structural models to ensure clash-free designs Generate 2D drawings, coordinated layouts, and construction documentation from BIM models Collaborate with design engineers to incorporate design changes accurately and efficiently Perform clash detection using Navisworks and generate detailed clash reports Ensure BIM models comply with client BIM standards, project BEPs, and company workflows Maintain proper model version control, file naming standards, and data accuracy Support project coordination meetings and provide BIM updates and visuals as needed Continuously improve BIM processes and workflows in alignment with evolving industry standards Qualifications & Skills Degree/Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent technical qualification 5+ years of experience working as a BIM Engineer or BIM Modeller in MEP consulting or contracting firms Proficiency in Autodesk Revit MEP , Navisworks , and AutoCAD Working knowledge of BIM 360 , clash detection workflows, and LOD standards Strong understanding of MEP services and construction coordination Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment Effective communicator and a collaborative team player Knowledge of UK BIM standards and practices (PAS 1192 / ISO 19650) is an advantage
