Role Description

Document Controller / Admin

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and control all incoming and outgoing project documents.
• Maintain up-to-date records of all documents in both physical and digital formats.
• Ensure all documentation meets quality standards and company protocols.
• Assist in the preparation, formatting, and review of project documentation.
• Support engineers and project teams with timely documentation and administrative tasks.
• Coordinate internal communication and follow-ups for documentation-related activities.

Qualifications & Skills

• Proven experience in

  Document Control, Documentation, and Records Management

• Familiarity with project documentation standards

  in engineering or construction industries
• Proficient in

  MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  and

  document control software

• Excellent communication

  ,

• High attention to

  in managing project data
