Job Description: Sr. Operation - Executive Experience: Minimum (2yrs. In DMC) The Senior Operations Executive will manage day-to-day travel service functions including bookings, client servicing, vendor coordination, and issue resolution. The role demands strong attention to detail and a working knowledge of travel systems and processes. This position plays a key role in delivering seamless travel experiences to clients and supporting the overall efficiency of the travel desk. Handle end-to-end travel bookings including hotels, transfers, tours and excursions. Manage client interactions and provide prompt resolutions to travel-related queries. Monitor trip progress, cancellations, reschedules, and emergency support. Ensure documentation and data entry accuracy in CRM and booking tools. Assist with daily and weekly reporting and compliance tracking. Work closely with finance for invoicing and reconciliation of travel expenses.
