About the Role: We are seeking a skilled and experienced QA Lead in Travel Domain to oversee the quality assurance lifecycle of our software products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both manual and automated testing, hands-on experience with C# and Python-based test frameworks, and proven leadership abilities to guide a team of QA engineers. Key Responsibilities: Lead the QA team through planning, execution, and delivery of high-quality software releases. Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using C# (e.g., Selenium with .NET) and Python (e.g., Pytest, PyCharm, Robot Framework). Drive the development and implementation of scalable automation frameworks. Define, implement, and maintain QA processes, test strategies, and test plans. Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure complete test coverage. Oversee execution of manual test cases for new features, regression, and system testing when automation is not feasible. Mentor and guide junior QA engineers, providing technical expertise and best practices. Continuously improve QA tools, processes, and documentation. Participate in release management and ensure defect-free delivery to production. Required Qualifications: 7+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, with at least 2 years in a lead or senior QA role. Strong knowledge of test automation frameworks and tools in C# (e.g., Selenium, NUnit) and Python (e.g., Pytest, Behave, Robot Framework). Solid understanding of manual testing techniques, exploratory testing, and defect lifecycle. Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps). Experience with version control systems like Git & Azure Familiarity with REST API testing tools (e.g., Postman, RestAssured). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication, leadership, and team management abilities. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, Locust). Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure). ISTQB or similar QA certification. Agile/Scrum environment experience.
