Job Summary:


Responsible for handling customer calls, reservation management, ticketing, reissue processes, email, and chat communications, ensuring accurate processing of bookings and excellent customer service.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage and process reservations for flights using Amadeus and Galileo reservation systems.
  • Handle ticketing, calling, chat, and reissue of tickets as required through Amadeus and Galileo.

  • Respond to customer inquiries via calls, emails, and chats regarding availability, pricing, and booking procedures.
  • Coordinate with airlines and other vendors for reservations and cancellations.
  • Maintain accurate records of bookings and payments.
  • Provide timely updates to customers regarding changes or issues with reservations.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues related to reservations.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
