Hopper Universal Non-GDS Travel Process

Responsibilities:

Manage inbound and outbound calls related to travel bookings and support.
Provide accurate information and effective resolutions to customer queries.
Maintain communication quality standards and process compliance.
Collaborate with the operations team to achieve performance metrics.

Requirements:

Prior experience in a
voice-based BPO
or customer service process (Non-GDS acceptable).
Excellent communication skills
(Cluster 1 or Cluster 2 level only).
Must be located within
IBU transport boundaries of Thane
.
Education:
Graduate preferred.
Availability:
Immediate joining only.

Salary & Benefits:
