You are applying for the position of Divisional Sales Manager at Zuventus Healthcare Ltd. in Nagpur, Maharashtra, India. As a Divisional Sales Manager, your primary responsibilities will include: - Acquiring the required product knowledge by attending training programs, cycle meetings, and on-the-job training conducted by the organization. - Talent search, selection, retention, and training of team members. - Developing team members for the next level. - Planning initiatives to ensure growth in the market share and prescriber base of brands in the respective state. - Ensuring the achievement of the core brands in the state. - Connecting with Key Opinion Leaders (KOL) and Key Business Leaders (KBL). - Analyzing specialty-wise contribution of the state, monitoring, and devising action plans for specialty and therapeutic category building. - Giving maximum profitability to the organization by ensuring a good product mix, minimum expiry and sales return, and increasing return from the most profitable brands. - Understanding the market and identifying newer opportunities. - Developing new avenues like KOLs and Hospitals. - Developing your own customers who are trendsetters in the market. - Driving growth by designing state-specific strategies. - Maintaining appropriate stocks at the CFA as per demand in the market and ensuring timely forwarding of indent so that there is no shortage of stock in the state and zone. - Organizing academic activities for doctors, Continuing Medical Education (CME), and conferences. - Providing timely feedback on competitor activity and new product launches to the marketing department. - Ensuring the success of new product launches in the state. - Managing vacant territories effectively. - Maintaining discipline and work ethics in the team. You must possess the following qualifications and skills: Education: - Graduation in B.Sc, Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm), or Diploma in Pharmacy.
