of Regional Managers, Area Business Managers, and Marketing Executives to achieve regional sales, collection, growth, and per-man productivity targets.

secondary sales and inventory levels at each Headquarter monthly to ensure proper stock flow aligned with market demand.
Track
doctor and chemist coverage by managers and MEs, ensuring optimum customer coverage is maintained for consistent field presence.
Ensure

on-ground execution of company strategies
by supervising all divisional activities and driving alignment across the field force.
Oversee C&FA operations
