Job Description

Strategic planning and execution of Crop/Segment wise trials in the assigned region.
Evaluation of Product performance and recommendation.
Data Analysis of trials on regular basis.
Market analysis and update.
Identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that improve the customer experience and drive progress toward goals.
Define new product strategy, roadmap, and growth opportunities.
Supervision and giving technical training to the team.
Regular update to Breeders for improvement and changing scenario.
Negotiate work with stakeholders and team members.
Demonstrate selected product USPs to stakeholders.
Assist in training and/or documentation that accelerates the successful adoption of new products.
Update the total activities and trial status on regular basis.
Budgeting of OPEX and CAPEX for the region.

Qualification :

Post Graduation / Graduation in Agriculture or Horticulture.
Minimum of 10+ years of relevant experience in product development in Veg
