Planning execution of the required quantities of parent seed. Delivery of high quality parent seeds for commercial seed production on time. Planning the quantities on PAN India basis for different crops in different geographies. Timely reviewing the seed arrivals make alternative plans in case of shortfalls to meet required volumes on time. Motivate train the team members for knowledge imparting and innovations on regular basis. Should know budgeting for the region and control over the prepared budget. Coordinating with other departments such as R D, Quality, Processing, CSP, Finance HR time to time for the better realization of goals targets. Reviewing budget time to time for effective utilization of resources. Ensuring timely updates to head of department on the progress of crops other projects under taken. Ensuring the security of parent seeds at all the stages of operation. Experience : Minimum 5-6 Years of Relevant Experience in Vegetable Seed Production or related fields of South Indian production locations
