Description

We are seeking a Divisional Manager to oversee our operations in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in management, with a focus on driving results and leading teams.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement divisional strategies to achieve business objectives.
Oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with company policies and standards.
Lead and manage a team of professionals, providing guidance and support.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
Prepare and present reports on divisional performance to senior management.
Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximize efficiency.

Skills and Qualifications

MBA with 12 - 18 years of experience in Managing security Division.
10-15 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably in the same industry.
Gulf experience is must.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in data analysis and performance metrics.
Ability to develop strategic plans and execute them effectively.
Solid understanding of financial management and budgeting.
Experience with project management methodologies.
