DIVISION MANAGER JOB DESCRIPTION
· Candidates with adequate leadership experience in 2 Wheeler Finance with exposure in Rural TN.
· Minimum of 3- 5 years of experience needed.
· Good Knowledge of Two-wheeler Industry with understanding of resale values of vehicles based on year/model/manufacturer/variant.
· Strong leadership skills with proven ability to effectively lead a team.
· Travel to branches to assess the situation and take corrective actions as required.
· Proficiency in understanding reports, analysis, risk assessment and taking corrective action by training people to get the best performance from them.
· Ability to assess customer profile and take right decisions based on customer disposable income.
· Responsible for multiple branches [Ranging from 3 to 7 Branches based on the Division] and should work with Branches to upgrade the branches to next category/level/status.
· Organized person with good planning and execution abilities to achieve the organizations objectives.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
