The Dispute Resolution Officer is responsible for managing the end-to-end processing of credit card disputes and compliance with card-network regulations, banking policies. The role ensures timely resolution, fraud prevention, regulatory adherence, and customer satisfaction,
Handle inbound calls from customers in a professional manner.
Understand customer queries and provide accurate, timely resolutions
Maintain customer satisfaction by providing prompt and effective support.
Update internal systems with call details and follow-up actions.
Process credit card disputes across all categories (fraud, non-receipt, no-show, duplicate charges, incorrect amount, etc.).
Manage the complete dispute lifecycle: receipt, documentation review, investigation, response, resolution, and closure.Monitor chargeback timelines and ensure strict SLA compliance.
Min one year of experience into banking or Dispute Resolution/ transactions experience,
Credit Card network regulations & dispute workflows.
Strong customer handling and problem-solving skills.
Should have all Education documents
Aadhar, pan ,Education Memo's
Previous Organization's:- Offer Letter, Pay slips and Relieving Letters
