Dispatcher

As a Logistics Coordinator at our company, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient dispatch, loading, and unloading of shipments in a timely manner. Your key responsibilities will include: - Working closely with carriers to coordinate shipments and ensure they are handled according to schedule - Ensuring accurate documentation of all logistics activities to reflect the actual timeline of operations - Understanding and meeting customer requirements to deliver exceptional service - Developing leads and cold calling potential customers to expand our client base - Building and maintaining strong business relationships with customers - Staying updated on market conditions and trends to effectively negotiate rates - Utilizing your expertise in the freight industry to provide top-notch service to our clients Qualifications required for this role include: - Experience in US Dispatching - Ability to book multiple loads per day - Familiarity with dispatching various types of shipments across different states in the USA In addition to the above responsibilities and qualifications, our company offers the following benefits: - Food provided - Health insurance - Paid sick time - Provident Fund Please note that this is a full-time position with night shift availability required.
