Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Dispatcher at Daylord Xpress Logistics in Mohali district. The Dispatcher will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling shipments, communicating with drivers and clients, tracking deliveries, and ensuring on-time performance. Additionally, the Dispatcher will handle any issues that arise during transportation and maintain accurate records. (THIS JOB IS NOT ONLY FOR GPS TRACING/TRACKING)

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Experience in logistics or transportation industry (2 Years minimum Experience as a Dispatcher)
• Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
• Knowledge of transportation regulations and routes
• Proficiency in using dispatch software ie (DAT/Truck Stop/911/ITS DISPATCH)
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications a plus
