Job Summary:

The Dispatch Executive is responsible for planning, scheduling, and coordinating the dispatch of goods, equipment. The role requires strong technical knowledge, problem-solving ability, and effective communication to manage dispatch operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, schedule, and execute dispatch activities in line with company policies.
• Monitor and track movement of vehicles, materials, or service.
• Ensure timely dispatch and delivery of goods or services to clients.
• Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and service teams for smooth operations.
• Resolve dispatch-related issues and provide quick solutions.
• Maintain records of dispatch schedules, materials, and delivery reports.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company standards.
• Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly dispatch reports to management.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Any Gradudation
• 1–2 years of experience in dispatch, logistics, or service coordination.
• Strong technical and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of dispatch management software/tools is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
