Dispatch Supervisor

You are hiring for the position of Dispatch Supervisor based in Mumbai. The salary offered for this role ranges from 20,000 to 25,000 per month. To be eligible for this position, you should have a minimum of 1 year of experience in logistics or dispatch operations. As a Dispatch Supervisor, your key responsibilities will include managing daily dispatch operations, liaising with warehouse staff, transporters, and customers, preparing and verifying dispatch documents, tracking shipments, updating status information, ensuring proper packaging and handling of goods, maintaining records, and resolving any delivery issues that may arise. To excel in this role, you should have prior experience in logistics, dispatch, or supply chain management. A good understanding of inventory and logistics operations is essential. Basic computer skills, particularly in MS Office, with experience in using ERP systems being preferred, are required. Strong coordination and communication skills will also be beneficial in fulfilling the responsibilities of this role. This is a full-time and permanent position that offers health insurance benefits. The working schedule is during the day shift. The job location is in Mumbai, Maharashtra, and you should be willing to reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work.
