The candidate should have strong knowledge of logistics, warehouse processes, and team supervision. Key Responsibilities: Manage dispatch scheduling, vehicle allocation, and loading plans. Coordinate with transporters for timely pickups and deliveries. Verify orders and documentation before dispatch. Ensure goods are packed, labeled, and shipped per company SOPs. Maintain daily dispatch records and MIS reports. Supervise dispatch staff for efficiency and adherence to timelines. Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum 2 years in dispatch/logistics/warehouse supervision. Experience in FMCG, CFA, or distribution preferred. Good organizational and team management skills. Familiarity with inventory/dispatch software is a plus.
