Job Role: CFA Coordination Manager We are seeking a proactive and experienced CFA Coordination Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in CFA operations, particularly in billing, inventory management, and cross-functional coordination with sales and logistics teams. Key Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day CFA operations ensuring smooth workflow in billing, order processing, and dispatch. Coordinate effectively with the sales team to ensure timely and accurate order execution. Conduct regular physical stock audits and ensure alignment with system records. Monitor inventory levels, reconcile stock discrepancies, and report variances. Maintain and ensure documentation compliance for audits and reporting. Support ERP/Tally entries and ensure accurate data for IMS reporting (if applicable). Supervise and guide warehouse staff for SOP adherence and timely deliveries. Serve as the primary point of contact for brand partners regarding CFA execution. Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum 3 years of experience in managing CFA operations. Strong understanding of billing processes, inventory management, and logistics. Prior experience in FMCG or distribution-based industries preferred. Hands-on experience with Tally ERP and/or warehouse management systems. Good communication and coordination skills with cross-functional teams.
