Dispatch Supervisor

Role Overview: As a Dispatch Manager, your primary responsibility will be to oversee and streamline daily dispatch operations. You will be managing schedules, coordinating with transport and warehouse teams, optimizing delivery routes, and ensuring timely and cost-effective dispatch of goods. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and schedule dispatch operations efficiently - Coordinate with warehouse, transport, and customer service teams - Optimize routes to reduce costs and improve delivery times - Monitor dispatch progress and resolve delivery issues - Maintain records and ensure regulatory compliance - Lead and train dispatch staff Qualifications Required: - Bachelors degree in Logistics, Business, or related field - 4+ years of dispatch/logistics experience - Strong leadership and organizational skills - Familiarity with dispatch software and GPS tracking - Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Please note that this job is full-time and permanent, with benefits including Provident Fund.
