Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our Finance team at our leading FMCG company. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge in GST filing, TDS compliance , and bank reconciliation processes. This role demands a high level of accuracy, organizational skills, and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Maintaining all payments of GST, TDS and Taxes are paid on time with the high priority.  Assist in preparation of Tax Calculations and getting them audited through Tax Auditors.  Maintenance and audits the staff salaries, vendor payments, other allowances and claims.  Generating day to day reports to submit to the manager.  Preparation of bank reconciliation statements of daily accounting  Preparation of monthly reports on invoices, preparation of cheques for payments.  Maintain accounts payable and manage MIS, monthly provisioning.  To effectively interface with vendors and Visitor and provide timely services with accuracy.  To release daily /monthly sales MIS, to provide Monthly MIS /Sales data as per internal requirement.  Take care of the month end closing, Finalization of Accounts and MIS activities. Experience in handling vendor payments and petty cash.
