Key Responsibilities: - Manage end-to-end dispatch operations to guarantee the timely delivery of goods. - Plan and optimize routes, schedules, and resources to ensure efficient operations. - Coordinate effectively with warehouse, inventory, and customer service teams. - Monitor performance metrics and implement necessary process improvements. - Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards. - Handle vendor and transport partner management efficiently. Requirements: - Proven experience as a Dispatch Manager or in a similar role, preferably in the Indian market. - Prior experience in eCommerce logistics operations will be highly valued. - Strong understanding of Indian delivery processes, routes, and regulations. - Excellent organizational and leadership skills. - Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment. - Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and local languages as applicable.
