Dispatch & Inventory Executive

Position Overview We’re looking for a smart, proactive Dispatch & Inventory Executive to manage our daily dispatch operations, maintain accurate stock records, and ensure smooth coordination between the sales and production teams. This role is ideal for someone who’s organized, detail-oriented, and eager to grow in a fast-scaling hospitality supplies company. Key Responsibilities • Plan and coordinate daily dispatches as per client orders. • Maintain accurate records of inward and outward stock (raw material & finished goods). • Update dispatch and inventory data in Excel / Zoho Inventory / internal systems. • Check stock levels regularly and notify management about shortages or excesses. • Prepare and label goods for dispatch, ensuring packaging accuracy and timely delivery. • Coordinate with logistics partners and update delivery status. • Assist in warehouse organization and periodic stock audits. • Collaborate with the sales and production teams to align on order priorities. Skills & Requirements • Basic proficiency in MS Excel (knowledge of formulas, data entry, stock tracking). • Familiarity with Zoho Inventory or any ERP system is a plus (training will be provided). • Strong communication and coordination skills. • Proactive, reliable, and responsible attitude. • Should be organized and comfortable managing multiple dispatches. • Education: Graduate / Diploma in any field (preferably Commerce or Supply Chain). • Experience: 0–2 years (freshers with aptitude are welcome).
