Dispatch Executive(Manufacturing)

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and schedule dispatches as per order requirements and delivery timelines.
• Coordinate with warehouse, production, and logistics teams for order readiness.
• Generate invoices, delivery challans, and transport documentation.
• Liaise with transporters and drivers to ensure timely pickups and deliveries.
• Track shipments and update status to clients and internal teams.
• Maintain dispatch records, including stock outflow, transport costs, and delivery confirmations.
• Handle customer queries or complaints related to delivery delays or issues.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and government transport regulations.
• Assist in inventory control and stock management activities.
• Report daily dispatch activities to the senior manager.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferably in logistics/supply chain).
• 1–3 years of experience in dispatch, logistics, or warehouse operations.
• Good knowledge of dispatch documentation and transport coordination.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and dispatch software/ERP systems.
• Ability to handle multitasking and work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications (Optional):

• Experience in manufacturing, e-commerce, or FMCG sector.
• Familiarity with GPS tracking and fleet management tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
