Dispatch Executive

As a Dispatch Executive for our team in Bhiwandi, Maharashtra, you will play a crucial role in overseeing deliveries and ensuring smooth supply chain operations for Chemical Raw Materials. Your responsibilities will include coordinating with third-party transporters, managing dispatch operations, and maintaining seamless communication with the Head Office Logistics Team. This on-field role requires visiting warehouses, inspecting materials, handling labeling activities, and coordinating with various stakeholders. Your key responsibilities will involve collaborating with the Head Office Logistics Team to obtain and verify essential documents such as Invoices, E-Way Bills, Certificates of Analysis (COA), and Delivery Orders (DOs). You will be responsible for arranging local tempo trucks for material pick-ups and collecting Lorry Receipts (LR) from transporters post-delivery. Additionally, you will conduct warehouse visits to inspect materials, drums, and packaging conditions, ensuring proper cleaning, repackaging, palletization, and shrink wrapping when necessary. Furthermore, you will be tasked with managing labeling and re-labeling activities, conducting quality and packaging checks, and performing sampling activities. This will involve drawing samples from drums, labeling sample bottles, and arranging courier dispatch as needed. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1-3 years of relevant experience, strong connections in Bhiwandi, and a willingness to travel up to 75%.
