Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced and trustworthy Accountant to manage and oversee all financial and accounting activities, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and strategic financial planning. This role requires a minimum of 5 years of experience , expertise in corporate and taxation accounting , and the ability to lead and mentor a Junior Accounts Executive . The ideal candidate will play a key role in financial decision-making, audits, and regulatory compliance . Key Responsibilities: Accounting & Financial Management Taxation & Compliance Banking & Credit Management Financial Planning & Investments Financial Reporting & Coordination Leadership & Delegation Key Skills & Requirements: Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting, taxation, and financial management. Strong knowledge of Spectrum ERP Software, GST, TDS, and Income Tax laws . Experience in handling banking operations, audits, and financial scrutiny . Expertise in financial reconciliation, reporting, and compliance management . Strong analytical and problem-solving skills . Excellent verbal and written communication skills . Trustworthy and ethical , maintaining confidentiality in financial matters. Proficiency in Spectrum ERP Software .
