The job involves the following responsibilities: Replying to emails, preparing annexures and documents for companies in NCLT, and handling liquidation and CRP filing by attaching documents received via email in files. Additionally, you will be required to create and maintain MIS sheets on Google Sheets, perform editing and drafting of legal documents, and have a good understanding of Excel. You will need to coordinate with the resolution professional via phone calls, maintain courier dispatch records, stamp paper/notary register, and keep track of emails received. The ideal candidate should have experience as a legal clerk or legal stenographer, and be familiar with legal terms. Knowledge of shorthand is preferred for legal stenographers.
