Dispatch Executive

As a Dispatch Executive, your role involves managing and coordinating the timely dispatch of goods to ensure smooth logistics operations. Your key responsibilities will include: - Planning and executing daily dispatch operations. - Coordinating with the warehouse, transporters, and customers for timely deliveries. - Preparing and verifying dispatch documents such as invoices and delivery challans. - Tracking shipments and providing timely updates to relevant teams. - Ensuring proper packaging and handling of goods. - Maintaining dispatch records and reports. - Addressing any transportation or delivery issues that may arise. To excel in this role, you should meet the following requirements: - Possess 1+ years of experience in logistics, dispatch, or supply chain. - Have knowledge of inventory management and logistics operations. - Demonstrate basic computer skills, with a preference for MS Office and ERP knowledge. - Exhibit strong coordination and communication skills. - Be capable of handling multiple shipments and deadlines efficiently.
