Dispatch Executive

We’re Hiring – Dispatch Executive / Officer

Real Ispat & Power Ltd., Central India’s leading integrated steel manufacturer, is looking for a dedicated and experienced Dispatch Executive / Officer to join our team at the Corporate Office, Raipur.

Position: Dispatch Executive / Officer

Location: Corporate Office, Civil Lines, Raipur (C.G.)

Experience: Minimum 5 Years (Manufacturing / Steel / Sponge Iron / Ferro Alloys Plant Experience is Mandatory)

Salary: Up to ₹35,000 per month (Based on experience)

Gender: Male

Preference: Local candidates from Raipur, Chhattisgarh

Key Responsibilities:

1.Oversee end-to-end dispatch operations for Sponge Iron & Ferro Alloys

2.Coordinate with transporters for vehicle placement, loading & timely dispatch

3.Prepare and maintain dispatch documents such as Challan, E-Way Bill, Invoice, LR & Gate Pass

4.Ensure accurate loading as per weight norms and safety standards

5.Liaise with Plant, Warehouse, Transporters & Logistics Team for smooth operations

6.Track vehicle movement & ensure timely delivery of material

7.Maintain dispatch reports/MIS for management review

8.Handle vendor & transporter coordination for rate negotiation and timely vehicle availability

Required Skills & Competencies:

1.Relevant experience in Dispatch Operations for Sponge Iron / Ferro Alloys / Steel Industry

2.Strong understanding of dispatch documentation & statutory compliance

3.Ability to independently manage transport handling & loading supervision

4.Knowledge of E-Way Bill, LR and working experience in ERP/Tally (preferred)

5.Responsible, proactive, disciplined & capable of managing dispatch independently
