Dispatch Executive

You are invited to join our team as a Dispatch Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the timely dispatch of goods. Your primary focus will be on ensuring smooth logistics operations, tracking shipments, and maintaining accurate records. Your responsibilities will include planning and executing daily dispatch operations, coordinating with the warehouse, transporters, and customers for on-time deliveries, as well as preparing and verifying dispatch documents such as invoices and delivery challans. You will also be expected to track shipments, update relevant teams on status, ensure proper packaging and handling of goods, maintain dispatch records and reports, and address any transportation or delivery issues that may arise. To excel in this role, you should possess at least 1 year of experience in logistics, dispatch, or supply chain management. A good understanding of inventory management and logistics operations is essential, along with basic computer skills, preferably with knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems. Strong coordination and communication skills are vital, as is the ability to manage multiple shipments and deadlines effectively. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits including Provident Fund. The work schedule is during the day shift, and the job requires in-person attendance at our location in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra. A Bachelor's degree is required, along with a minimum of 2 years of experience in inventory management.
