Job Summary:

The Dispatch Executive will be responsible for coordinating, scheduling, and overseeing the dispatch of goods to ensure timely and accurate deliveries. The role requires attention to detail, communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and monitor daily dispatch schedules.
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for timely dispatch of goods.
• Prepare and verify dispatch-related documents (invoices, delivery challans, transport slips, etc.).
• Track shipments and update customers on delivery status.
• Maintain accurate records of dispatched goods and transport details.
• Handle transporters and resolve any delivery-related issues.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.

Requirements:

• Qualification: Minimum 12th pass.
• Experience: 1–3 years in dispatch/logistics operations.
• Knowledge of transport documentation and dispatch procedures.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer operations.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

• Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
• Willingness to work extended hours if required.

Salary: 25,000 To 30,000
