Dispatch Executive / Officer

Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Dispatcher to coordinate and manage the daily operations of our service team. The Dispatcher will be responsible for receiving service requests, scheduling and dispatching personnel or vehicles, and ensuring timely and efficient service delivery. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask under pressure, and strong problem-solving abilities. Key Responsibilities: Receive incoming calls, emails, and service requests. Schedule and dispatch drivers, technicians, or field personnel to appropriate locations. Monitor job progress and ensure timely completion of tasks. Communicate job details and instructions clearly to field staff. Track and log all dispatch activities using scheduling or dispatch software. Adjust schedules and routes as necessary in response to emergencies, delays, or changing priorities. Maintain accurate records of service calls, assignments, and customer interactions. Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues or complaints promptly. Collaborate with operations and management teams to improve efficiency. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor's degree a plus). Proven experience in a dispatch or customer service role. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations. Proficiency with dispatching software and Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge of local geography and logistics is a plus. Work Environment: Fast-paced office or call center environment. Purchase & Dispatch of Material - Candidate is responsible for dispatch of Material Inwards / Out from office & Coordination for Purchase of Material from Multiple Vendors.
