Role Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Dispatch Executive to manage day-to-day order processing and dispatch operations. The ideal candidate should be comfortable using computers and logistics software and should ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment.

Key Responsibilities

• Process daily orders and prepare them for dispatch.
• Coordinate with courier partners for pickup and delivery.
• Generate shipping labels, invoices, and manifests.
• Update order status and tracking details in the system.
• Handle returns, replacements, and RTO coordination.
• Maintain proper records of dispatch, inventory movement, and shipments.
• Coordinate with warehouse, customer support, and accounts teams.
• Ensure timely dispatch to meet delivery SLAs.

Requirements

• Basic to good knowledge of computers and day-to-day software usage.
• Working knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets is mandatory.
• Experience with logistics platforms such as Unicommerce, Shiprocket, Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, etc., will be an added advantage.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Prior experience in e-commerce, warehouse, or dispatch operations preferred (Freshers with relevant skills may apply).

Additional Skills (Preferred)

• Basic knowledge of inventory handling and stock reconciliation.
• Problem-solving mindset and coordination skills.
• Willingness to learn new tools and processes.
