Director/Senior Director- FI Partnerships

Role Overview: C2FO is seeking a dynamic and strategically-minded professional for the position of Senior Director, Banking Partnerships - C2Treds in Mumbai/Noida, India. As a Senior Director, you will be responsible for leading the expansion of high-impact partnerships with key Financial Institutions (FIs), focusing on Public Sector Banks, Private Sector Banks, and NBFCs. Your role will involve shaping and executing the overall partnership strategy to drive long-term, sustainable growth by identifying and capitalizing on new opportunities within the financial ecosystem. Key Responsibilities: - Spearhead the identification, negotiation, and execution of high-impact, long-term partnerships with key Financial Institutions to strategically drive the growth and adoption of the TReDs platform. - Cultivate and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with senior stakeholders in partner institutions to ensure alignment of business goals and drive mutual success. - Develop and implement targeted strategies to increase market penetration, foster new business opportunities, and drive the growth of TReDS business through innovative financial solutions tailored to institutional partners. - Serve as a subject matter expert, leveraging deep industry knowledge to influence key financial institutions" strategies and position TReDS as a critical partner in the evolution of trade receivables financing. - Ensure all partnership activities comply with India's financial regulations and legal frameworks, keeping partners and internal teams aligned with evolving policies. - Collaborate closely with internal teams to align partnership strategies with broader organizational objectives and track key performance indicators to assess the success of partnerships. Qualification Required: - Post-graduate degree in Business, Finance, or related fields (MBA or equivalent preferred). - Minimum of 10 years of experience in business development, relationship management, or partnership management within the financial services sector, with a specific focus on Public Sector Banks (PSBs) and private sector banks in India.
