Role Title:

As the Director’s Intern, you will work closely with the leadership team and directly support strategic initiatives related to business development, brand positioning, and market intelligence. This role is designed to provide hands-on exposure to real operational environments while contributing meaningfully to organizational growth.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Assisting the Director in planning, executing, and monitoring sales strategies and outreach programs.
• Conducting competitor and market research to support decision-making and expansion plans.
• Supporting marketing initiatives including social media management, campaign coordination, content planning, and brand communication.
• Preparing structured reports, presentations, and analytical summaries based on ongoing research, lead tracking, and market trends.
• Coordinating internal and external communications to align execution between teams and ensure operational clarity.
• Participating in meetings, documenting key action points, and following up on deliverables to maintain workflow efficiency.
• This role requires adaptability, professionalism, initiative, and a keen interest in understanding business dynamics at a leadership level. You will be expected to uphold confidentiality, demonstrate strong communication skills, and maintain high-quality output in all assigned tasks.
