Job Description

PMO Leadership & Governance Establish PMO governance framework, processes, and standards tailored to GST business requirements Develop and oversee a structured approach for project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure Provide leadership, coaching, and mentorship to project managers and crossfunctional teams Project Delivery & Execution Lead endtoend delivery of GST projects, including regulatory changes, client implementations, system integrations, audits, and process enhancements Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, while meeting compliance obligations Drive crossfunctional alignment between tax, technology, legal, operations, finance, and external vendors Regulatory Compliance & Risk Management Partner with tax and compliance teams to proactively monitor GST regulation changes and ensure timely project execution for compliance readiness Identify project risks, maintain risk registers, and ensure mitigation plans are in place Stakeholder Management & Communication Serve as primary point of contact for senior leadership on PMO status, key project updates, risks, and dependencies Facilitate communication across internal teams, government agencies, external consultants, and clients where applicable Conduct periodic steering committee reviews and executive briefings Portfolio Management & Reporting Manage the GST project portfolio to ensure alignment with business strategy and resource capacity Implement project dashboards, metrics, and reporting tools for leadership visibility Drive performance measurement across projects for continuous improvement Process Improvement & Innovation Continuously improve PMO processes by leveraging industry best practices, tools, and methodologies Introduce automation, technology, and process optimization initiatives to enhance GST compliance, reporting, and reconciliation efforts Mandatory Skill Sets PMO Education qualification BE/B.Tech/MCA /MBA Education Degrees/Field of Study required Bachelor of Technology, Master of Business Administration, Bachelor of Engineering Degrees/Field of Study preferred Required Skills Project Management Office (PMO) Accepting Feedback, Accepting Feedback, Active Listening, Analytical Reasoning, Analytical Thinking, Application Software, Business Data Analytics, Business Management, Business Technology, Business Transformation, Coaching and Feedback, Communication, Creativity, Documentation Development, Embracing Change, Emotional Regulation, Empathy, Implementation Research, Implementation Support, Implementing Technology, Inclusion, Influence, Innovation, Intellectual Curiosity, Learning Agility
