Job Description

  • Technology Strategy and Vision: Develop and execute the technology strategy, aligning it with the overall organizational goals and objectives. Set the technology vision and roadmap, identifying opportunities for innovation and digital transformation.
  • Leadership and Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of technology professionals, including engineers, architects, project managers, and support staff. Foster a collaborative and high-performing team culture, attracting top talent and promoting their professional growth.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate closely with key stakeholders, including Executive Leadership, Business Units, and Operations, to understand their technology needs and requirements. Build strong relationships, manage expectations, and communicate effectively.
  • Technology Planning and Execution: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of technology initiatives, ensuring they are aligned with business priorities and delivered within defined timelines and budgets. Establish project management methodologies and best practices.
  • Technology Architecture and Innovation: Drive the design and architecture of technology solutions, ensuring scalability, security, and performance. Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends, and evaluate their potential for enhancing business operations and customer experiences.
  • Vendor and Partner Management: Establish and manage relationships with technology vendors, service providers, and strategic partners. Collaborate on technology implementations, negotiate contracts, and ensure effective service delivery.
  • Technology Governance and Compliance: Establish and enforce technology governance frameworks, policies, and procedures. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and data protection standards. Mitigate technology-related risks.
  • Financial Management: Develop and manage the technology budget, optimizing resource allocation and investments. Monitor and report on financial performance, identify cost-saving opportunities, and ensure effective resource utilization.
  • Change Management and Adoption: Drive change management initiatives to ensure smooth technology adoption and integration within the organization. Provide leadership during times of change, communicating the benefits and guiding teams through the transformation process.
  • Technology Innovation and Collaboration: Foster a culture of innovation, encouraging the exploration and adoption of new technologies and methodologies. Promote collaboration and knowledge sharing across teams and departments.
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Education Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience, advanced degree preferred required

Experience Qualifications

  • Typically 15+ years !6+ years of extensive experience in a leadership role within the technology industry. required
