As the Director of Technology for Supply-chain, Logistics, Omni, and Corporate Systems at Williams-Sonoma's Technology Center in Pune, India, you will lead the engineering teams to develop high-value and high-quality features for industry-leading engineering delivery. Your responsibilities will include: - Attracting, recruiting, and retaining top engineering talent - Influencing architectural discussions and strategic planning - Ensuring the creation of impactful, compelling, and scalable solutions incrementally - Overseeing engineering project delivery - Defining and executing the engineering strategy aligned with business goals - Ensuring high-quality deliverables through robust processes for code reviews, testing, and deployment Collaboration will be crucial as you actively engage with Product Management, Business Stakeholders, and other Engineering Teams to define project requirements and deliver customer-centric solutions.
