Director-Technology Sourcing

Role Overview: As the Director of Technology Sourcing for India, you will lead, inspire, and shape a growing team that delivers the full spectrum of Technology Sourcing services to global customers. You will be the driving force behind building and maturing the India Technology Sourcing organization, ensuring excellence in delivery, commercial management, and customer satisfaction. Your team in India will collaborate closely with European and North American account teams and internal service providers to support customers from bid through to delivery, thriving in a dynamic, global environment where collaboration, innovation, and growth are part of everyday life. Key Responsibilities: - Build, lead, and inspire a high-performing team that consistently delivers world-class service, following Computacenters Leadership Behaviors and fostering a culture where People Matter. - Identify, attract, and develop top talent to grow the GTS capability in India and create a scalable, future-ready organization to meet ambitious growth targets. - Own the full P&L responsibility for GTS India, managing to EBIT level and ensuring optimal commercial outcomes through effective internal and external relationship management. - Drive both top-line and bottom-line growth by optimizing sourcing, logistics, and delivery models, partnering with Finance teams to manage margin performance and ensure sustainable profitability. - Oversee day-to-day operations of Inside Sales, Procurement, and Logistics teams, driving operational efficiency and continuous improvement to ensure customer satisfaction and scalability. - Strengthen collaboration with European and North American teams to maintain consistency and leverage global best practices in commercial and delivery strategies. Qualifications Required: - Strong affinity with Technology Sourcing, proven experience in IT reseller and distribution landscape in India, and deep understanding of IT Infrastructure, Cloud, and Networking/Security domains. - Proven ability to align India operations with global standards and objectives, strong business acumen, and commercial awareness. - In-depth understanding of global partner ecosystems and macro market influences impacting sourcing strategy. - Familiarity with supply chain, procurement, and partner management processes, along with prior experience in the reseller/distribution market serving enterprise customers in Europe and/or North America. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and credibility across geographies, along with leadership requirements such as strategic thinking, mentoring, stakeholder management, resilience, and results-driven execution.,
