Lead the design and implementation of the Career Progression Guidelines (CPG) and a robust Competency Framework to support capability building and growth.
Oversee the end-to-end performance management cycle, ensuring fairness, consistency, and alignment with business priorities.
Design, implement, and adapt talent strategies and initiatives that enable the achievement of organisational goals.
Drive career pathing, succession planning, and leadership development programs to build a strong internal talent pipeline.
Partner with business leaders to identify talent needs, build high-performing teams, and provide strategic guidance on workforce planning.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, bringing innovative ideas to enhance talent management, succession planning, organizational design, and learning & development practices.
Develop and execute strategies that foster a positive organizational culture and drive employee engagement.
Assess organizational talent and build agile structures to ensure alignment with business objectives.
