Job Description

  • Lead the design and implementation of the Career Progression Guidelines (CPG) and a robust Competency Framework to support capability building and growth.
  • Oversee the end-to-end performance management cycle, ensuring fairness, consistency, and alignment with business priorities.
  • Design, implement, and adapt talent strategies and initiatives that enable the achievement of organisational goals.
  • Drive career pathing, succession planning, and leadership development programs to build a strong internal talent pipeline.
  • Partner with business leaders to identify talent needs, build high-performing teams, and provide strategic guidance on workforce planning.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, bringing innovative ideas to enhance talent management, succession planning, organizational design, and learning & development practices.
  • Develop and execute strategies that foster a positive organizational culture and drive employee engagement.
  • Assess organizational talent and build agile structures to ensure alignment with business objectives.
