Director - Strategy Consulting/AI Implementation - Client Delivery

As a Director of AI Implementation and Customer Strategy you will own the people and operational backbone of our India strategic deployment organisation, ensuring top talent consistently drives high-impact outcomes for customers.

Initially, you will manage a team of high-calibre junior talent , including graduates from top institutions like IIT, IIM and ex-MBB consultants , setting standards for execution, clarity, and impact. Over a short time, your remit will expand to include larger programmes, global projects, and critical operational initiatives , giving you the opportunity to shape the future of AiDASH s strategic deployment engine .

• Lead, inspire, and scale a high-performance team across multiple functions, establishing clear accountability and operational discipline
• Build and implement

  repeatable processes, playbooks, and staffing strategies
