Business Analyst - Strategy & Operations

• Partner with cross-functional leaders to identify, define, and solve key business and operational challenges

• Build and maintain analytical models and dashboards to track portfolio health, delivery metrics, and operational performance

• Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights and strategic recommendations for leadership

• Design and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency, throughput, and customer delivery timelines

• Support the creation of the Program Management Office (PMO) playbook tools, practices, and reporting mechanisms

• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives, ensuring alignment, timely execution, and accountability

• Use GenAI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor) and visualization platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) to automate workflows and enhance reporting

• Continuously explore in ative, data-driven approaches to problem-solving that drive measurable impact

WhatWe reLooking For:

• 0-3 years of experience in business analytics, consulting, process excellence, or program management roles

• Bachelor s degree in an analytical or technical discipline (e.g., Engineering, Economics, Mathematics) from a Tier-1 institution (IIT, NIT, BITS, etc.)

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to structure ambiguous problems into actionable frameworks

• Proficiency with Excel, SQL, Python/R, or other analytics tools is a plus

• Comfort working with large datasets and creating dashboards (Power BI, Tableau)

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• A self-starter mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities and drive projects independently
