Job Description

As a Strategic Partnership Manager at MergerWare, your primary mandate is to strategize the development and management of key relationships and alliances. This includes outreach, communications, and strategy development that are integral to the core of MergerWare's business. You will collaborate with executive management and various departments to further develop MergerWare Value Added Reseller, Solutions, and other partnership programs. Your responsibilities will also involve identifying, qualifying, developing, and driving go-to-market partnerships with system integrators, M&A advisors, PE, and key M&A consulting global firms. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute partner marketing programs aligning partner activities with corporate strategy - Manage internal and external partner programs, including coordinating internal resources and communication - Create and manage complex business proposals - Develop goals and objectives for target partnerships consistent with company corporate strategy - Work with MergerWare Customer Success Management team to onboard partners, provide partner training, and manage channel management - Maintain strong working relationships at the executive level with key MergerWare partners - Align sales, marketing, and services activities with partnership goals - Coordinate cross-functional and inter-company program plans Qualifications Required: - 10 or more years of relevant experience in strategic partnership development and creation of partner programs and management - Proficiency in project management for major, cross-functional initiatives - Advanced proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Excellent presentation skills and ability to interact effectively with C-level executives - Experience in building financial and P&L models - Strong analytical thinking, interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills - Domain expertise in Corporate Finance, Corporate M&A, and Private Equity - Prior experience in managing and developing partnerships and alliances for SaaS firms will be an added advantage - Bachelor's Degree; MBA from top institutes like IIM, INSEAD, etc., is a plus MergerWare is a company that values strategic partnership development and is seeking a dedicated individual to join the team.
