Product Designer – Next-Generation M&A Software As a Product Designer, you’ll play a crucial role in shaping the future of our next-generation M&A software. You will design innovative products from the ground up, guiding them through every stage—from concept to launch. By transforming abstract ideas into user-centered solutions, you’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product management, and marketing, to create impactful, user-friendly software. Key Responsibilities: Lead Design from Concept to Execution Work with product teams to define the vision, strategy, and design solutions for new, cutting-edge products that meet both user and business needs. User-Centered Design Conduct user research, build user personas, and lead the UX/UI design process to ensure a seamless, intuitive user experience across the product. Prototype Development Create low- to high-fidelity prototypes to validate design concepts, iterate based on user feedback, and refine features before launch. Collaborate Across Teams Partner with user research, engineering, product management, and marketing to ensure that design solutions are technically feasible and align with business goals. Contribute to Product-Market Fit Help explore and test different product offerings with target markets to determine product fit and refine the product accordingly. Solve Complex Problems Approach ambiguous design challenges with a strategic, user-first mindset to deliver practical, creative solutions. Continuous Improvement Rapidly iterate on designs based on user feedback, testing, and analytics to fine-tune products and ensure they meet user needs before launch. Key Skills: Experience At least 5 years of experience in product design with a proven track record of designing successful products. Experience in new ventures, startups, or product lines is a plus. Design Skills Expertise in UX/UI design, wireframing, prototyping, and user research. Familiarity with tools like Figma and design systems. As a Strategic Partnership Manager at MergerWare, your primary mandate will be to develop and manage key relationships and alliances that are crucial to the core business of MergerWare. Working closely with executive management and various departments, you will be responsible for enhancing the Value Added Reseller, Solutions, and other partnership programs. Your role will involve identifying, qualifying, and driving go-to-market partnerships with system integrators, M&A advisors, PE firms, and key M&A consulting global firms. You will be tasked with setting goals and objectives for target partnerships in line with the company's corporate strategy, ensuring alignment of sales, marketing, and services activities. Managing internal and external partner programs, coordinating resources, and leading cross-functional program plans will be essential aspects of your role. Additionally, you will develop and execute partner marketing programs, aligning partner activities with corporate strategy, and fostering communication within the partnership community. Collaborating with the Customer Success Management team, you will oversee partner onboarding, training, go-to-market planning, and channel management, while cultivating strong relationships with key MergerWare partners at the executive level. As an ideal candidate, you should possess over 10 years of relevant experience in strategic partnership development, creation of partner programs, and management. Comfort with creating and managing complex business proposals, project management skills in cross-functional initiatives, and the ability to solve complex problems through analytical excellence are crucial. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is required. Strong presentation skills, the capability to engage effectively with C-level executives, and expertise in building financial and P&L models are essential. Your domain expertise in Corporate Finance, coupled with knowledge of Corporate M&A and Private Equity, will be highly valued. Previous experience in managing partnerships and alliances for SaaS firms will be advantageous.
